Journalist Ruthie Ackerman came to St. Louis with Pulitzer Center director Jon Sawyer Jan. 17-18, 2008 to present the story of former child soldiers in Liberia. It was indeed riveting and informative. The photos include students from Collinsville H.S., Lift for Life Academy (MS), Lindbergh H.S., Maplewood-Richmond Heights H.S., Parkway West H.S., Rosati-Kain H.S., Soldan International Studies H.S., and St. Joseph's Academy.
